DELIVERY TIME
Packages are shipped every day, as soon as payment is received.
After your package has been sent, you will receive a separate automated email which will also contain tracking information.
CHANGE THE METHOD OF DELIVERY
We cannot change the delivery method once the order has been placed, so please think about whether you want to use a dispensing point or have the package sent directly to your address by courier before creating your order.
CHANGE OF DISPENSING POINT OR DELIVERY ADDRESS
We can also change the drop-off point for you before we process your shipment. Simply email us at info@peelo.store and include your order number and the change you wish to make. For a list of all dispensing locations, see here.
If your shipment has already been processed and forwarded to the carrier, only the carrier can change the drop-off point and you must contact Packet directly.
PERSONAL COLLECTION
We do not allow personal collection, but if you are interested you can find our products in these brick-and-mortar stores.
