Under what conditions can I return purchased products?
You can withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the order.
The form for the return can be found HERE. The form must be completed and sent with the returned goods to the address provided. Detailed instructions are given in the form.
We remind you that only unused, clean and undamaged goods can be returned .
Who covers the cost of returning the goods?
The costs associated with the return of the goods shall be borne by the customer.
How long does the return and refund process take?
Once the returned goods arrive at our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email.
Your money will be refunded within 14 days.
Can I return only part of my order and keep some products?
Yes, you can only return part of your order.
You will also only be refunded the amount of the returned products, in the case of packages, an aliquot amount will be calculated.
Can I send products in packaging other than the original?
Yes, you can return products in packaging other than the original.
But be sure to secure them from damage during transport.

Will I also be refunded the shipping fee?
No, only the amount for the returned products will be refunded.
I received a different product/design/size than what I ordered. What should I do?

Please include your order number and a description of the problem in the message. We will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the situation.
The cost of replacement in the event of our error will be borne by us.
My order arrived, but after unpacking I realized I wanted a different design/product/size. What should I do?
Email us at info@peelo.store and we will arrange to exchange the product for you.
Exchange is possible only if we have the requested product in stock.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange.
Under what conditions can I claim Peelo?
Peelo can be claimed if you find a manufacturing defect in the product (e.g. defective stitching, broken or incomplete wax layer, ...)
